Meets bi-weekly. This group means the world to me and the women who partake in it. There’s so much healing that happens when women gather together. A topic will be shared and openly discussed for an hour as we provide our undivided attention towards each other. We’ll then subconsciously process our thoughts and emotions through the vibrations of a sound bath. Music heals :)
