This comprehensive Virtual Sound Bath Training is designed to equip participants with the skills, tools, and confidence needed to facilitate sound baths​ in both ​Virtual​ and Live settings​. Through interactive live-streamed sessions, students will learn the intricacies of sound healing, explore the science behind sound, and practice facilitation techniques​ with their peers, crystal bowls and other instruments. Students will learn how to set up their virtual sound bath and play for groups, virtually and LIVE. 

Throughout the course, you’ll not only practice facilitating but also experience the healing effects of sound by receiving it deeply and frequently. You'll p​ractice and provide sound baths, ​virtually and live, receive personalized feedback, and walk away with the tools and confidence to offer your​ own sessions.

As part of the course, participants will be required to perform a live sound bath for a group, record it, and receive personalized feedback to refine their technique.

Included in the cost of the training is the digital product "Mastering Virtual Sound Baths with Superior Sound," providing a valuable resource for setting up and enhancing virtual sound bath experiences.

Students must purchase a recommended, affordable set of crystal bowls for the training along with streaming equipment prior to the training.

KEY LEARNINGS + MORE:

Comprehensive Training On Instruments

  • Various instruments will be introduced including crystal bowls, gongs, ocean drums, koshi chimes, rainsticks, and Himalayan Bowls. Emphasized in this training are expectations around proper use and facilitation techniques.

  • We'll learn about different types of gongs, including a breakdown of strokes and playing techniques, followed by a discussion on "good" and "bad" gong playing, examining how different sounds evoke various emotions.

Practice, Practice, Practice: 

  • Participants will observe sound bath demos and practice playing directional and free-flow sound baths on YouTube Live with partners and receive feedback.

  • As part of the training, you'll receive the digital product "Mastering Virtual Sound Baths with Superior Sound" to elevate your virtual sound bath experience and expand your offerings. 

  • Detailed guidance will be given on setting up YouTube accounts for streaming. 

  • To complete the course, participants will lead and record a live sound bath, which they'll receive feedback on.

Facilitation Skills:

  • Learn and practice traits of good facilitation through group practice.

Personal Development and Attunement:

  • Focus on body awareness, noticing what it feels like to be with yourself and others as you play and lead, and learn energetic practices through group exercises.  

Format:

  • Interactive YouTube Live sessions and Zoom with practical assignments.

  • Mandatory live sound bath performance for a group, streamed and recorded for feedback.

  • Peer and instructor reviews to guide improvement.

Community Building:

  • Students will be part of a private WhatsApp gro​up as an avenue to share their experience during the training, share their sound bath experiences, ask questions, and receive feedback on their practice sessions.

Peer Reviews & Feedback:

  • Participants will have opportunities to play for each other and provide feedback through live-streamed YouTube sessions, creating a supportive environment.
