Early Bird: Save $250 on any room. First 3 registrants or by July 1, 2026, whichever comes first. Full payment required.

Payment Schedule

$500 deposit reserves your spot. Remaining balance is split into 2 equal payments:

Private Room with Private Bathroom: 2 payments of $1,225 (September 1 & December 1, 2026)

Private Room with Shared Bathroom: 2 payments of $1,175 (September 1 & December 1, 2026)

Shared Room: 2 payments of $975 (September 1 & December 1, 2026)

Registering after September 1, 2026? Your remaining balance will be due in one payment by December 1, 2026.

Registering after December 1, 2026? Your remaining balance will be due in full within one week of registration.

Invoices will be sent as reminders for balance payments. All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
